Successful entries will be informed of their Start time. Adherence to timings is critical and is reflected in marking.

The organisers of this event have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For those measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards.

Competitors must be members of The BDS or BHDTA

All competitors are required to sign the declaration that they have valid Public Liability Insurance Cover.

No uninsured turnouts will be allowed to compete
